Note on In the Walnut Forest James came to me with his story. A sorry lifestyle, regrets, illness, and a single hope. He was an alcoholic with a bad reputation, who had been stricken with Multiple Sclerosis. While trying to rebuild his life, he met Wendy. Considering his reputation, she wanted nothing to do with him. James asked me for a story to tell Wendy. He hoped it would help her understand who he had become. This story is based on their lives. It moved them with its challenge. And while their story hasn't ended, they have found some happiness from time to time. :) Papa Joe ~ Stuff & Things |
